Kylie Minogue's new LP Aphrodite is on course to top the charts in eight different countries, according to midweek figures.
The singer, who hosted the album's launch party in Ibiza last night, was said to have shrieked and struggled to hold back tears after hearing the news, Metro reports. She said: "I'm a bit shaky. I feel emotional enough today here. Wait, I have to breathe."
On her decision to launch the record in Ibiza, she said: "This is where we wrote 'WOW'. It's the spiritual home of dance."
Minogue was later seen clubbing at Pasha, going on to tweet: "Pasha!!!! thx for an amazing night!!"
