Pike was previously rumored to play Emma Frost after being spotted with comics of the character outside the offices of the film's casting agent. The MacTaggert character was played by Olivia Williams in "X-Men: The Last Stand."
We recently reported that Fox is interested in Michael Fassbender for the Magneto role. Production Weekly confirmed that, but added that the actor is not interested in testing for the role.
James McAvoy has already been cast to play Professor X and "Kick-Ass" star Aaron Johnson will likely land the role of Cyclops. The film is directed by Matthew Vaughn and is scheduled to hit theaters on June 3rd, 2011.
